This is driven by our long-term investment in people, systems, process, and new growth opportunities for our people We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Administration Officer to offer a courteous and efficient service both internal and external customers for all accounts payable related matters. Reporting to the National Credit Manager and the Accounts Payable 2IC, the position will be responsible for the maintenance of supplier master data information and managing the AP inbox as well as the following: Scanning and Filing documents Monitoring and actioning departments generic emails Ordering and maintaining FSS stationery Adhering to Policies and procedures Act as a contact point for vendors opening accounts Work with shared services transition team to ensure the timely transition and cut over of work to the new Financial Shared Services as requested All about you: Computer literacy and MS Office skills – including Excel, Word and Outlook, PowerPoint Deadline driven and the ability to work to schedules timelines Attention to detail with data.
