About the Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator/Receptionist to join our rapidly growing team at our Cooroy location to cover a temporary maternity leave position. This role offers a variety of tasks, from reception duties to IT liaison, making it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a diverse range of responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Reception and General Administration: • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, phone calls, and email inquiries • Sort and distribute incoming mail • Coordinate office supplies and maintain office equipment • Schedule meetings and update company diary • Manage uniform requests and ordering • Maintain general records (e.g., invoices, printer readings, company phone book, and extension list) • Provide general administrative support as required IT Support and Liaison: • Provide IT support for new starters, including setting up computers, email, and phones • Liaise with our IT company for hardware purchases • Log tickets with our IT company for technical support • Update and maintain the IT Equipment Register • Manage printer contracts and technical support • Create and update internal phone extensions and manage internal phone apps About You We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
