We are excited to announce multiple opportunities for dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our administration team at Mater Mothers Hospitals, South Brisbane. We are recruiting for various roles, including Business Support, Outpatients, and Inpatients. These roles will vary from a MCA2 and MCA3 position - Administration Officer, Senior Administration Officer and Business Support Officers. We are seeking a variety of maximum term, permanent, and casual positions. Mater Mothers Hospital will be running an Assessment Centre on Friday 21st March for all current vacancies within the Administration team. Roles Available Business Support: Provide administrative assistance and secretarial support Executives and Managers Manage schedules, communications, and documentation Support project management and coordination efforts Outpatients: Assist with patient scheduling and appointment management Provide exceptional customer service both face to face and via phone Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality Accurate data entry and reporting Enter public activity and private inpatient and outpatient billing Inpatients: Coordinate inpatient admissions and discharges Liaise with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient care Manage patient records and administrative tasks related to inpatient services What we are looking for: Strong organisational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in office software and administrative tools A positive attitude and a willingness to learn Previous experience in a similar role Full time, part time and casual roles required Please apply if you are interested in attending and interviewing for an open vacancy within the team.
