BevChain’s business unit currently have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and highly efficient Administration Co-Ordinator to join their Team, located in Yatala, QLD. As a part of this role, you will be required to manage and co-ordinate the billing, invoicing and payroll functions for the team. We currently have Permanent Part-time position available, working Mondays 6am and flexible starts from Tuesday to Friday. Key areas Participating and committing to Safety Standards and COR requirements at all times. Conduct meticulous due diligence to ensure accurate invoice preparation and revenue reporting. Manage and complete payroll processing, including Kronos and agency-related tasks. Optimize administration operations by developing, reviewing and updating procedures across various areas. Effectively build and maintain strong relationships among operational and transport teams with Linfox and our stakeholder. Ensure strict adherence to all relevant policies and procedures, and guidelines. Are you the one?
