About the role This exciting opportunity will see you contributing to the continuous improvement of the Hotel & Environmental Services teams. As the Administration Support Officer - Environmental Services & Catering (ESC) you will be supporting the team to provide high-level administrative support and organisational tasks. Duties will include but not be limited to; maintenance of registers and documentation, consumable management and ordering, rostering support, internal and external phone/ email communication, maintaining data with MEX and Chefmax systems, assisting with audits and other ad-hoc tasks as requested. The successful application will require a 'can do' attitude with the ability to take initiative to solve problems and make improvements. They will need to be adaptive to other organisational requirements/ demands and reflect a positive outlook and influence within the team and THS. This is a permanent part time opportunity of 3-4 days per week (0.6EFT/ 24hrs or 0.8EFT/ 32hrs per week) , commencing March 2025. Rostered days of work will be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday with the fourth day to be assigned by negotiation. Why join Tallangatta Health Service?
