Join our dynamic team at Westfield Bondi Junction, where you'll support the Administration Manager and Centre Management team. As the Administration Assistant , you'll provide key administrative and organisational support while focusing on finance. You'll also gain valuable exposure to all aspects of shopping centre management, making it a unique and rewarding opportunity. Key Responsibilities: Assist Administration Manager with processing of daily bank reconciliations and bank proceeds Assist administration manager with the management of the office and replenishing the supplies Assist Administration Manager with the Calculation, monitoring and invoicing of tenant expense recoveries and managing Sundry debtors Assist Retail managers with creation and termination of store licences Support Administration manager with accounts payable and payroll analysis Assist the Administration Manager with Month end duties including but not limited to Purchase order management, monthly audit and reconciliations Assist the Administration Manager with Budget and forecast preparation as required This is a full-time, onsite position at Westfield Bondi Junction, with a Monday to Friday roster. What sets you apart 1-2 years’ experience in a similar administrative or finance role Solid understanding of customer service and ability to manage external suppliers, experiencing is customer service (hospitality, retail) is highly regarded Strong administration and computer literacy skills, with experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams etc.), Excel skills will be highly regarded.
