We are looking for skilled professionals in the following areas: Project Coordinator Contracts Administrator What we’re looking for: 2 years of experience in a construction-related role (preferred) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Excellent organisational skills with keen attention to detail Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal Assist with the processing of contract variations, change orders, and claims, ensuring timely approvals and proper documentation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment Proactive problem-solving mindset Experience with insurance verification and billing processes is a plus Familiarity with safety management and regulatory compliance within the construction industry A commitment to delivering top-tier administrative support and customer service Assist with the processing of contract variations, change orders, and claims, ensuring timely approvals and proper documentation.
