Experienced Administration Officer — Eagle Farm, Brisbane

About the Role We are looking for a new team member to join us in our Administration department. This is a crucial role for our business to aid our growth and provide support across departments. A background or exposure to the automotive industry with administration experience would be advantageous but is not necessary as full training will be provided. Duties and Responsibilities Our admin teams support all departments in our business and have a variety of tasks they may need to participate in from time to time. An idea of what these tasks include is listed below: Inputting vehicle purchase information into our DMS from vehicle contracts Manage and respond to inbound calls Contact new customers to confirm details and keep accurate records of information provided Manage multiple high volume email inboxes relating to customer queries Follow up customers in relation to purchase & sale documents Prepare vehicle paperwork for payment processing Basic accounting/costing tasks Process and finalise retail sales deal pack paperwork Support the vehicle registration function on an as needed basis Support the transport department on an as needed basis Support the wholesale department on an as needed basis Receive and action incoming mail Assist with management of toll and traffic infringements Scanning and filing finalised deal packs for record keeping Skills and Experience High level of accuracy and compliance High level of attention to detail Effective time management skills Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Ability to implement and follow due process and procedures Ability to work under pressure without compromising work quality Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Culture and Benefits Recently acknowledged as a certified Great Place to Work, MCT is a young, dynamic company that is going places.
