You will be responsible for a range of procurement and logistics processes, alongside various administrative tasks required to support the smooth operation of our business. Your responsibilities will include: Managing daily procurement duties to ensure project delivery milestones are achieved. Conducting regular ETA checks on purchase orders by liaising with suppliers and reviewing vendor databases to accurate delivery timeframes. Processing purchase orders by entering data, verifying order details, and coordinating with the sales, projects and warehouse teams. Maintaining our supplier database by verifying credentials, ensuring compliance with company standards, and maintaining accurate records. Build and maintain supplier relationships, ensuring the use of preferred suppliers and rebated vendors to optimise procurement. Supplier quoting and sourcing the most competitive pricing. Maintaining our product database by continually updating and validating item details, availability and pricing. Managing the return of goods to suppliers, processing any credit returns as necessary. Handling some administrative processing tasks, such as project onboarding, changes, adjustments and general data entry within our ERP and project delivery platforms.
