Opportunity to lead and support a dynamic team Continue to build and maintain a positive service culture Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve service delivery The Role Fixed Term (up to 12 months), Full Time Level 7 - $98,467 to $107,591 pa (plus 17% superannuation) Bathurst, Orange or Wagga Wagga Play a pivotal role in overseeing the administrative aspects of subjects offered by various schools within the faculty of science and health. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can collaborate effectively with faculty, staff, and students to ensure the smooth functioning of academic programs. Focus on managing, leading, and supporting a team to deliver service standards, provide considered operational and policy advice, and ensure overall compliance with University regulations and policies related to the administration of subjects. To be successful you will have: A degree with relevant experience (or equivalent) Proven experience in the delivery of high quality customer service High level communication skills with the ability to network, influence, lead and motivate staff Familiarity with university policies, accreditation standards, and academic governance.
