Marketing & Administration Officer — Mildura Region, Victoria

Our Client is a not-for-profit organisation that works closely with schools, students, and the industry to identify gaps in education and training, provide advice on local and state-wide policy issues at both the strategic and operational levels, and broker cross-sector partnerships to support young people better. They are currently seeking a Marketing and Administration officer to join their team on a casual basis to provide administrative and executive support to the Executive Officer and other staff within the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative and clerical support for the Executive Officer. Undertake reception duties and office duties. Attend to main and banking. Photocopying and filing. Organise schedules for self and others. Design and produce business documents. About You: High level of interpersonal and communication skills. Written and verbal communication skills.
