About the Role As a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant, you will be the face of our organisation, providing a warm welcome to clients and visitors while supporting our administrative functions. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, is highly organised, and has excellent customer service skills. Key Responsibilities Front Desk Operations: Greet clients and visitors professionally, manage incoming calls, and maintain a tidy reception area. Customer Service: Act as the first point of contact for inquiries, providing accurate information and directing visitors to the appropriate department. Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, handling mail, filing, and general clerical duties. Office Management: Order and manage office and kitchen supplies, coordinate maintenance requests, and ensure a secure office environment. Team Assistance: Support various departments with administrative tasks, including onboarding new staff, coordinating training, and IT setup assistance. What We Are Looking For Certificate III in Administration or equivalent experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in an customer service, administrative or reception role. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT literacy. Current National Police Check, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain). Minimum 2 doses of COVID-19 vaccination. Why Join Us?
