Daily tasks include: Greet customers upon arrival at the Showroom Build a strong sales pipeline and follow up with leads via phone or email. Understand and be responsive to customer needs Provide expert product knowledge, including features, benefits, specifications, pricing Guide customers through the sales process from start to finish including quotes, arranging delivery; handling returns or exchanges if necessary Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment Develop warm and productive relationships with all customers About You – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – Confidence and experience with building relationships: suppliers, building trade and retail customers – Highly motivated to drive sales growth and exceed expectations – Genuine interest and familiarity with bath ware and/or kitchen products – A flair for interior design – Ability to work independently and as part of a team If you have experience working with a range of customers in the trades sector, building industry and DIY home renovators then this could be an amazing opportunity to progress your career.
