NXT GIG is searching for a knowledgeable SAP BusinessObjects (BO) Administrator to join our dynamic analytics team. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and support of the SAP BO platform, ensuring high availability and performance of reporting solutions for our clients. You will manage user environments, security, and access rights while also assisting in the deployment of new reports and dashboards. Responsibilities Administer and maintain the SAP BusinessObjects environment, including servers, services, and client applications. Manage user accounts, roles, and security settings to ensure proper access to reporting and analytics resources. Deploy and optimize BusinessObjects reports, dashboards, and universes, ensuring optimal performance and usability. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, implementing necessary upgrades and patches. Collaborate with development teams to support BI solutions and enhance reporting capabilities. Provide training and support to end-users on BusinessObjects functionalities and best practices. Document procedures, policies, and configurations to ensure consistency and compliance. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience as an SAP BusinessObjects Administrator with a strong understanding of the BO ecosystem. Familiarity with BusinessObjects tools such as Web Intelligence, Crystal Reports, and Dashboard Designer. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders. Experience with database management and SQL is a plus. SAP BusinessObjects certification is preferred.
