About the Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated educator who is passionate about fostering children's learning and well-being within a high-quality Kindergarten program. Key Responsibilities: Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences. Support and mentor children within the Kindergarten program. Assist with daily routines, including rest periods and mealtimes. Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and team members. Demonstrate professionalism, initiative, and flexibility in daily tasks. Collaborate effectively with colleagues to create a cohesive learning environment. Essential Criteria: Strong understanding of the National Quality Standards (NQS) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). Knowledge of the Kindergarten Guidelines and child protection regulations. Ability to engage children through meaningful activities that support their development. Awareness of health, hygiene, and nutrition requirements for young children. Excellent communication skills with children, families, and staff. Commitment to maintaining safe work practices. What You Need: Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) or currently working towards (minimum 50% completed). Previous experience in an Early Childhood or Childcare setting. Valid Working with Children Check/Blue Card exemption. Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification. Availability to work Monday to Friday during core Kindergarten program hours.
