As a ServiceNow System Administrator, you will be responsible for the overall administration, configuration, and maintenance of our ServiceNow platform. Your role will include managing user accounts, integrating new applications, and ensuring the optimal functionality of the system. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to support ServiceNow enhancements and ensure that the platform effectively addresses our business needs. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow System Administrator or in a similar role. In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including ITIL practices. Experience with configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications and modules. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders. ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator) are preferred.
