We are seeking an Administration Assistant to join our Customer Excellence Team with hours available in our Avoca Aged Care Campus department on Mondays and Fridays. Key responsibilities include: Maintaining accurate patient data and records Working flexibly across departments (Aged Care, Acute Ward, Medical Imaging, etc.) and campuses (Maryborough, Dunolly, Avoca, St Arnaud) Upholding patient privacy by handling confidential information appropriately Having strong organisational abilities and attention to detail to ensure data accuracy Having excellent communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders Ensuring booking processes are accurate, timely and in accordance with office procedures Applications are to include: Covering Letter The Central Goldfields and Pyrenees regions are a great place to live, work and play.
