The Reservations Administrator plays a pivotal role for the division in ensuring a seamless, exceptional guest experience each time. The role provides day to day coordination of the end-to-end reservation process effectively and efficiently to achieve results. Building effective relationships with both external stakeholders and internal stakeholders to promote exceptional experiences, showcase the range of product offerings across the division and works with the sales team to maximize sales opportunities for the division. This is a fast paced, dynamic and innovative division operating tours 364 days of the year. The agility of this role is essential to its success. About You A passionate experienced Reservations Administrator (preferably with local knowledge) enthusiastic about the quality of our products and creating exceptional guest experiences in Adventure Tourism. Required skills: Organizational: The ability to manage multiple responsibilities to meet required deadlines efficiently and effectively Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with managers, customers, and stakeholders. Problem-solving skills : Proven capability to anticipate issues, identify solutions, and independently resolve problems. Agility - To adapt to operational changes with innovative solutions to achieve the optimum outcome for both guests and the division Customer Service : A focus on delivering an exceptional guest experience each time Technology Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Reservation booking systems and CRM software and familiar with online communication tools Essential Min 2 years' experience in a reservations role in the tourism industry.
