Corporate Sales Manager — Sydney, Sydney Region

Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for hospitality, events, and client relationships? We’re looking for a Corporate Sales Manager to join our AVC Sales Team, working alongside venues and corporate clients to drive function and event sales. What You’ll Be Doing: Business Development & Account Management Identify new sales opportunities & corporate clients Maintain & grow relationships with existing clients Work closely with venue teams to secure new business Showcase new venues & activations to potential clients Host showcases, networking events & venue tours Sales & Budget Management Prepare quotes, proposals & contracts for corporate clients Work towards individual and team sales targets Ensure seamless communication between venues & central sales team Utilise iVvy for all sales correspondence Product Knowledge & Reporting Stay up to date with venue offerings, pricing & market trends Provide weekly & monthly reports on sales activities Ensure all sales documents & pricing are accurate and updated What We’re Looking For: 2 years’ experience in a similar sales role Strong sales process & planning skills Hospitality industry experience (preferred but not essential) Experience with CRM, reservation & function booking systems Excellent customer service & relationship management skills Strong negotiation & communication abilities Ability to work autonomously & meet deadlines Why Join AVC?
