Introduction Your New Role An attractive opportunity has arisen for an IP Systems Administrator to join our highly successful Business Intelligence group in Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney. This is a fulltime ongoing role. This role will assist the IP Systems Manager in supporting the firm's main business application Inprotech, including, but not limited to, providing first level support on queries, learning all aspects of Inprotech maintenance, preparing and delivering Inprotech training, and adding and maintaining relevant content on the firm’s Intranet. This role would suit an IP Assistant or Data Administrator looking to further their IP Systems knowledge. Please note that the title of this position listed may be subject to change Your Key Responsibilities Provide a high level of Inprotech feature support to internal and external stakeholders by developing a deep understanding of the Inprotech database and the firm’s business processes including but not limited to: Case Management Names Management Rules Management Fees & Charges Management Time Recording, Billing and eBilling Management Financials Management Provide first level advice, support and assistance to staff using the firm’s IP applications and databases in a timely and accurate way. Review and maintain Inprotech data when required in various scenarios including: - Bulk Case Takeovers - Bulk Data Entry and Global Updates - System Changes Assist the template development team with database data extraction Assist with software upgrades and patches by conducting acceptance testing Document systems and procedures Report progress, improvements, difficulties, results and recommendations to your supervisor on a regular basis Undertake appropriate professional development activities so as to ensure technical knowledge remains relevant Provide administrative support to the IP Systems Manager as required. Your Training and Skills To be successful in this role it is a requirement that you: Have a focus on excellent client service Be client focused and demonstrate a strong understanding of the client’s business and managing client’s expectations Have experience working with IP systems and processes Preferred, but not essential: Experience working with the Inprotech case management system Experience using the iManage Document Management System Report writing using tools such as Crystal Reports, SSRS, Power BI or similar Workflow systems such as Trello, Asana, Monday etc. Experience using an IT Support ticketing system such as ZenDesk, Jira or similar Experience supporting applications and databases in a professional services environment Familiarity with SQL scripts Culture and Benefits Become a part of our inclusive and people-driven culture.
