About the Home: Ross Robertson Aged Care is located on the beautiful Eyre Peninsula about 70km South of Adelaide CBD. 91 beds with Ideal seaside living among an active local community, is the best way to describe Ross Robertson Aged Care. Positioned on the picturesque Fleurier Peninsula our home is in Victor Harbor township where life is a balance of relaxation and tranquillity, with plenty to keep you busy if you so choose. About the Opportunity: As an Administration Officer you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Administration Officer, our hardworking team and the wonderful residents and their families with the day to day running of our busy aged care home. With no two days the same, your duties will expand across multiple functions including Occupancy and Compliance as well as reception relief. The current opportunity is a 76 hour a fortnight role, 0900-1706 Monday to Friday. To be successful, you will have Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc) Complete a NDIS workers check and/or Police check Flu Vaccination (or willingness to obtain during flu season) Evidence of Covid-19 vaccination Rostering experience Experience in Administration (aged care or healthcare desirable) Proficiency with MS Office Suite and ability to use and learn various systems e.g., quality management system, databases and rostering systems Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and all levels of staff Strong organisational skills to manage and prioritise multiple tasks Strong passion for working with the elderly and dedication to professional growth Come and work for an organisation committed to resident respect and dignity, where you will receive a competitive salary and benefits.
