About the Opportunity We are seeking experienced and dedicated Lifestyle Attendants (Support Workers) to join our committed team. As a Lifestyle Attendant, you will play a crucial role in providing support to our customers in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) environment. Your efforts will positively impact the customer's daily life, fostering independence and enhancing their quality of living. Shifts on offer will rotate over 24/7 roster. About You You have a genuine desire to help others and exhibit patience when working with customers who may have challenging needs. Your empathetic approach will have you connecting with customers on a personal level, fostering trust and understanding. How you can make an impact Provide day-to-day support to people with a disability in various environments to help improve their independence and achieve their goals. Support people over a 24/7 roster within both group settings and 1-on-1 arrangements. (passive and/or active overnight shifts) Assist customers with personal care, use of manual handling equipment, medication assistance, domestic assistance, and meals.
