We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team. This is a critical role within our business, ensuring timesheets are checked and finalised accurately and on time for payroll processing. If you have exceptional attention to detail, strong time management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with workers and key stakeholders, we want to hear from you About the Role As a Payroll Administrator, your primary responsibility will be to verify, process, and finalise timesheets to ensure payroll is completed accurately and on time. You will work closely with various teams across the business, including managers, employees, and payroll staff, to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies and payroll regulations. Key Responsibilities Review, verify, and finalise timesheets for payroll processing. Ensure accuracy by cross-checking timesheets against job records. Liaise with employees and supervisors to clarify discrepancies or missing information. Prepare payroll reports and ensure compliance with company policies. Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation. Assist with payroll-related queries from employees and stakeholders. Work to payroll deadlines to ensure timely and accurate processing. Collaborate with HR and finance teams to improve payroll efficiency. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in payroll administration or timesheet processing (preferred but not essential). Strong attention to detail and accuracy – you must be meticulous with numbers. Excellent time management and ability to meet strict deadlines. Great communication skills – ability to liaise with employees and key stakeholders. Basic knowledge of payroll systems and Microsoft Office (Excel experience preferred).
