Job Description The Depot Administration and Customer Service Assistant role is responsible for a wide variety of depot-based tasks, including administration, sales and delivery of lubricants and customer service. This role will be pivotal to driving operational efficiency and cost management through effective invoicing and stock balancing. The Dubbo Depot is looking for an enthusiastic team player to provide hands on support to the local and internal Liberty team. The position is responsible for a wide variety of depot-based tasks, which includes customer enquiries, ordering, invoicing and stock / inventory management for both fuels and Lubricants Whilst the successful applicant doesn’t need fuel industry experience, it is expected that they have strong communication and organisation skills and a willingness to learn, the rest can be taught. Your responsibilities will be to provide general depot duties and administration duties, including: Team player who is willing to learn all aspects of the fuel business Genuine commitment to safety Deliver High-levels of customer service. Must be prepared to engage in any necessary training including inductions Ensure good customer relations are maintained and advise of any customer difficulties or problems Customer Service and Sales enquiries Answering phones Customer account enquiries Data entry Stock reconciliation Fuel balances General Administration Lubricant (lubes) ordering and delivery Lubes stock take and re-stocking Other duties as directed
