Ramsey Property Wealth is seeking a Sales Manager to lead client acquisition and the seamless delivery of our renowned and multi-awarded Ramsey Property Investment Portfolio Programs. About the Role: Client Consultation, Discovery & Portfolio Strategy Development Conduct client discovery sessions, assessing client needs, financial position, and investment suitability. Evaluate whether clients are the right fit for Ramsey’s portfolio advisory services and guide them through the onboarding process. Develop and present customised property investment plans, leveraging market insights and financial analysis. Educate clients on property investment fundamentals, including capital growth strategies, yield optimisation, and tax benefits. 2. Property Acquisition, Pipeline Management & Execution Work with the Buyers Acquisition team to source and secure high-quality investment properties. Conduct property due diligence, including location analysis, rental market trends, and valuation assessments. Collaborate with mortgage advisors to ensure finance pre-approvals align with portfolio goals. Manage the full pipeline from portfolio proposal acceptance to property settlement, coordinating with all internal stakeholders Track progress and proactively resolve any issues in the process to ensure a seamless settlement experience for clients. Manage purchase transactions liaising with legal and finance teams. 3. Portfolio Performance, Membership Fulfilment & Ongoing Advisory Provide quarterly performance reviews, ensuring clients remain aligned with their wealth-building strategy. Monitor property market trends and recommend portfolio adjustments as needed. Assist clients with equity release strategies and rental yield optimisation strategies Work closely with the Relationship Management team to ensure full fulfilment of the client’s membership program 4. Client Relationship Management Act as a trusted property advisor, maintaining high-touch engagement with clients. Proactively identify investment opportunities for existing clients to expand their portfolios. Maintain accurate client records in CRM, ensuring seamless tracking of portfolio progress. Work closely with the Client Concierge Team to provide an exceptional client experience. 5. Cross-Team Collaboration & Internal Coordination Engage with internal teams to align finance strategies with property acquisition and to leverage market intelligence for investment recommendations. Provide insights to the Buyers Advocacy team on client preferences and strategic property requirements. Coordinate with legal, settlement, and finance teams to ensure a streamlined property acquisition and settlement process. What We’re Looking For: 3 years’ experience in property advisory, real estate, mortgage brokerage, or investment strategy. Strong knowledge of residential property investment, lending structures, and portfolio growth strategies. Ability to identify high-growth opportunities, and guide clients through investment decisions. Proven experience managing pipelines, ensuring smooth progression from proposal acceptance to settlement. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to educate and build trust with clients. Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot preferred) and client pipeline management. Ability to work in a high-performance team environment, managing multiple client portfolios effectively.
