The Opportunity Based in Darwin, NT, the purpose of the Administration & Customer Service Officer role is to contribute to the achievement of business goals and objectives via the provision of high-quality support in the functions of administrative duties and dealing professionally with our customers. Deliver excellent administration and customer service to allocated contracts and sites in a timely manner Managing inbound calls Develop positive working relationships with other support functions and stakeholders to meet and exceed customer needs Processing of purchase orders, dealing with invoicing queries and processing BPay payments Reconcile, report and audit asset management as required Maintain accurate data records and ensure consistent execution of the end-to-end processes in compliance with company policies and finance timelines About You Our ideal candidate will thrive in a busy, varied, role where no two days are the same. Waste industry experience is highly regarded, but if you have first-class customer service skills, maybe in a contact centre environment, and can deal efficiently and professionally with a fast-moving caseload we’d love to hear from you. Sound knowledge of JDE & VRP or equivalent systems Intermediate skills with the MS Office Suite of products Excellent organisational, written and verbal communication skills Why join Cleanaway?
