Join Our Team as a Contract Administrator We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Contract Administrator. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our business by managing and overseeing all contractual agreements. Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and manage contracts for various business activities. Ensure all contracts comply with legal requirements and company policies. Maintain a comprehensive contract database and track key milestones and renewal dates. Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to negotiate terms and resolve any contractual issues. Provide regular updates and reports on contract status to senior management. Support the development and implementation of contract management policies and procedures. Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in contract administration or a related field. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with contract management software is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
