The role will be based across multiple sites and our Bennetts Green workshop, 12 months contract working with a dedicated supportive team you will be given all the training required to succeed and develop a wide range of skills in administration and project support. About the Role: As an Junior Administration, you will play a key role in supporting our office operations and gaining valuable industry knowledge. Key Responsibilities: Providing administrative support to our projects Assisting with data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping Answering phone calls and responding to emails professionally Managing office supplies and general office duties Learning and using business software and systems Supporting the team with other ad hoc administrative tasks What We’re Looking For: A positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and good organisational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is desirable. The ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
