Based in Kurnell, reporting to the Project Manager, you'll facilitate smooth project execution, managing documentation, addressing challenges, and ensuring compliance. You will be trusted with: Coordinating various aspects of both the site and parkland development programmes, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines Managing project documentation, contracts, permits, and plans for accessibility and accuracy Assisting in resource planning and allocation, improving efficiency and meeting project deadlines Assisting to address potential risks and challenges, and implement mitigation strategies Tracking project expenses, purchase orders, adhering to budget constraints, and provide financial updates and reporting where required Organising and facilitating regular project meetings, documenting minutes, and tracking action items Implementing and maintaining quality assurance processes for project deliverables Fostering positive relationships with stakeholders, addressing inquiries and concerns Ensuring project compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards.
