Our client: one of Australia's' premier retailers, is expanding their flexible chilled & frozen goods team and offering exceptional opportunities with incredible pay rates starting from $44 per hour, along with enticing afternoon and weekend penalty rates About the Role: As a Voice Picker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate movement of stock within our distribution centre. This position is in a chilled -4 and or freezer -25 temperature and you will be required to work in either area. Your responsibilities will include: Picking and packing orders using state-of-the-art technology and equipment. Operating various machinery and equipment, such as tuggers to load, unload, and move stock and shrink-wrapping machinery. Conducting quality checks to maintain the highest standards of product integrity. Collaborating with team members to achieve daily KPI targets and ensure timely dispatch of goods. Requirements: To succeed as a Voice Picker with us, you should meet the following criteria: Experience in a picking/packing role within a warehouse or distribution centre environment is essential. Experience within a Cold Storage environment preferred Must be available for shifts MON/THU/FRI, including Saturday when required. Be able to lift, move and carry up to 25kgs. A valid forklift license is highly desirable, but not essential. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and packing. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work efficiently in a busy environment. Commitment to following safety protocols and maintaining a clean work area.
