We currently have an exciting position in the Ryde region for a passionate individual who is dedicated to supporting our clients through compassionate care and empowerment. Your duties will include: This role is in the group home setting where our clients live (the Accommodation aspect of CPA) operating 24x7 and has coverage over a variety of morning, day, afternoon and overnight ‘awake shifts’. Supporting clients to develop and maintain independence, and advocate for the clients and their individual needs. Delivering personalised support by assisting clients at mealtimes, personal care, administrating medication, manual handling using a variety equipment and aids. Transporting clients in our wheelchair accessible vans and pool cars. Monitoring the well-being of clients and reporting on their progress. Being part of a fun and dynamic team. Requirements: Experience supporting customers with intellectual disability, high physical support needs and medical / health needs. A current NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum). Be able to work the following Roster: Week 1: Mon: 7am – 11am & 3pm – 7pm Tue: 3pm – 9pm Wed:10am – 2pm (team meeting) Fri: 7am – 11am Week 2: Mon: 7am – 11am Tue: 2pm -7pm Thu: 2pm-7pm Fri: 2pm-8pm Sat: 3pm-7pm Week 3: Mon: 3pm-7pm Tue: 2pm-7pm Thu: 7am-11am & 2pm-8pm Sat: 3pm-7pm Week 4: Mon: 7am-11am Tue: 2pm-7pm Thu: 3pm-7pm Fri: 3pm-7pm Sun: 7am-2pm We offer Attractive hourly rate of $ 33.42 Super Penalty Rates. $100 per year Well-being Allowance to treat yourself Discounted gym membership for you and your family, using Fitness Passport.
