Sales Executive Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join the Ailo team. This role is essential to driving growth by closing deals, nurturing referral partnerships, and ensuring seamless transitions to onboarding. You'll receive hands-on mentorship from our senior leadership team, the best and most experienced property technology team in Australia to develop your expertise and prepare you for future leadership opportunities. Location: Taking applicants from Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane Key Responsibilities Sales and Deal Closing: Engage prospective clients and effectively communicate Ailo’s value proposition. Close deals efficiently and manage smooth transitions to our onboarding team. Participate in events, workshops, and social media activities to promote Ailo. Collaboration with Referral Partners: Build and nurture relationships with referral partners to ensure consistent lead generation. Leverage our Ambassador and Referral Programs to maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Client Onboarding and Satisfaction: Collaborate closely with onboarding teams to ensure successful client integration. Provide valuable feedback to continuously refine and improve onboarding processes. Sales Hygiene and Team Collaboration: Maintain detailed, accurate reporting and proactive client follow-ups. Support and engage in team-wide sales initiatives and performance goals. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, ideally within SaaS, real estate, or client-focused roles. Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills, particularly with referral partners. Exceptional attention to detail, client-focused mindset, and results-oriented approach. Enthusiasm for continuous professional growth and openness to mentorship. Key Performance Metrics: Number of properties successfully onboarded. Quality and frequency of collaboration with referral partners. Consistency in maintaining high standards of sales hygiene and accurate reporting.
