We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Officer to manage the end-to-end payroll operations on a 6-month maternity leave contract within a successful agricultural business. This part-time role requires availability on Mondays (12:00 PM - 4:00 PM) and Tuesdays (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM) . What You'll Be Doing: Processing weekly payroll and ensuring compliance with tax and employment laws Managing payroll administration, including data entry and updates Compiling earnings, taxes, deductions, and leave summaries Resolving payroll discrepancies and responding to payroll-related queries Preparing monthly wage accruals and payroll reports Running payroll reports (overtime, annual leave, long service, etc.) What We're Looking For: Previous experience managing end-to-end payroll of up to 300 employees Ability to interpret timesheets and process correct payroll in accordance with the horticultural award Previous experience using Deputy will be lookedupon favroubly Strong numerical skills and high attention to detail Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality Availability to commence on 6th May If you're a payroll professional looking for a part-time role with set hours in a dynamic and supportive team, we'd love to hear from you
