Currently, we have a great opportunity to join our customer service team as Customer Service Coordinator , based in Macquarie Park, NSW. We are looking for someone with excellent communications skills, great attention to detail and the ability to multitask. This is a hybrid role, once you are fully trained it can be a mix of working in the office and home (if preferred). If you are passionate about customer service and would love to work for a long-established market leader, then this is the role for you Key responsibilities include: Answer and manage all incoming calls and emails from our valued customers Allocate, schedule, and manage all service tickets Quote and seek approval for billable service work Manage the Zeiss customer and equipment database in the CRM Close collaboration with the Field Service Engineers to schedule, manage and close service tickets Key skills required include: Previous experience in a customer service or office administration support role Exceptional customer service skills, including professional telephone manner, attentiveness, and patience Previous SAP CRM or equivalent CRM system Experience is advantageous. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize.
