Based in Port Hedland, Western Australia , this role will lead various Landscape Construction project for multiple clients About you: You will be self-motivated and results-driven, have superior knowledge of landscape construction practices with strong leadership qualities. You will possess relevant experience in civil construction with reference to projects completed. A collaborative style of leadership and effective communication both written and oral. Have excellent client interface, coordination, time management and safety leadership. About the role: • This position is full time, Monday to Friday • We envision an April 2025 commencement. • Residential to Port Hedland is mandatory To be successful for this role, you will have: • Demonstrated minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in landscape construction • Be able to lead teams to complete project timeframes in a safe manner • Be able to interpret and read plans • Strong understanding of the Pilbara region and relevant mining and rail industry knowledge. • Excellent understanding and high regard of health & safety obligations • Demonstrated professional judgement and commercial acumen. • Experience at all stages of the project life cycle • Proven experience in effectively leading and creating a proactive, safe, and supportive team culture. • Excellent communication skills. • Highly organised. • Strong work ethic. • Good interpersonal skills. • Meticulous attention to detail. • Computer literate.
