Job Hours: 7:00 AM to 3:06 PM (38 hours/week) - Monday to Friday Location: Wetherill Park Pay Rate: $32.25 P/H - Immediate start Our client is looking for Despatch Administrator who is keen to perform all aspects of warehouse administrator duties as well as hands-on warehouse operations. This position will be a temp to perm for the right person. Located in Wetherill Park, small but close team. Bring your warehouse expertise and be part of a company that will value your work. Requirements: Strong admin and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication Proficient in PC (Excel, Outlook; Sage X3 is a plus) Able to multitask and be hands-on 3 years' experience in a dispatch/transport admin role in logistics Valid forklift license (high reach experience required) RF scanning experience Stock take and cycle count experience Attention to detail and accuracy Knowledge of safety and compliance Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Permanent resident Your core duties will be: Act as a liaison between internal customers and the warehouse for ETAs, PODs, transfers, stock issues, and delays Book daily transport requirements (trucks, containers) and communicate with drivers Process documentation for distribution drivers and freight Prepare Dangerous Goods (DG) documentation and log in DG Hub Validate orders and prepare daily run sheets for metro deliveries Coordinate pickups for metro and regional areas Process data files for parcel carriers Enter freight data into Excel and check for cost accuracy Process returned run sheets for PODs and COD collections Handle inward goods documentation and stock receipting in Sage X3 Coordinate stock takes and cycle counts for the warehouse and 3PL Provide ad-hoc support for warehouse pick/pack operations Assist and fill in for Warehouse Manager when needed Manage stock returns and associated paperwork Assist with safety investigations and maintain a safe work environment Ensure proper use of PPE and safety practices in the warehouse Pre-Employment Checks: A successful candidate must undergo pre-employment checks before a full-time offer is made.
