Verify billing details - for accuracy and maintain meticulous financial records. Customer job management - act as the primary contact for customer inquiries, requests, and follow-ups. Coordinate ongoing orders and projects - to keep tasks on schedule and clients informed. Stock and inventory control - track inventory levels, update records, and manage reordering requirements. Collaborate with internal teams - to anticipate supply needs and avoid shortages. Transitions and change requests (SOW) - coordinate changes in project scope by working closely with internal departments and communicating updates to customers. Document and archive - all change requests to maintain precise project records. Pricing and quotations - provide clients with accurate pricing estimates and quotations for services. Partner with finance and senior management - to maintain competitive, profitable pricing strategies. Qualifications & Skills Administrative Strength - proven experience in data entry, scheduling, and record-keeping. Technical Proficiency - skilled in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with CRM/ERP systems.
