Summary: We are growing and seeking compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Workers in Shepparton to provide assistance and support to individuals with disabilities. We have roles available on a full time, part time and casual basis The successful candidate will be responsible for helping clients with daily living activities, providing emotional support, and promoting independence and community integration. Responsibilities: Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Provide emotional support and companionship to clients Help clients with mobility and transportation needs Administer medication and monitor health conditions Assist with meal preparation and household tasks Implement individualised care plans Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure the best possible care for clients Maintain accurate records and documentation Essentials current NDIS worker screening current Working with Children Check reliable vehicle, comprehensively insured We have a fleet of vehicles available for employee use but some personal use of your vehicle may be required.
