You will enjoy getting to know everyone, by extensive interaction and proficiency, working closely with decision makers to ensure tendered outcomes are favourable to the business. Daily duties could include but not limited to: Assist the delivery team in coordinating and overseeing construction projects from start to finish. Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure safe and high-quality project delivery. Support the management of the tender process for potential projects, including the preparation and compilation of all required documentation. Act as a versatile all-rounder, adept at handling various administrative duties. Pre-tender and Post Contract maintenance, liaising with clients, sub-contractors and site supervisors. Provide administrative support to the operations and management teams. Answer phone calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally. Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and compliance records for all projects. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Maintain and update project databases, records, and filing systems. Play a key role in the success of a growing business by embracing diverse responsibilities, including occasional administrative tasks as needed. Expand your skills and knowledge through diverse construction activities. Maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. THE ESSENTIALS Two years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role, ideally in the construction or building industry The ability to work in a moving and changing environment. Enjoy working with Microsoft Office using intermediate functions in Word, Excel Proven communication skills with the ability to ensure customers a given superior service.
