The role Assisting the team with: Dealing with customer enquiries over the phone and via email Updating the travel app with clients' booking information and specific preferences Assisting with the logistics of each tour, liaising with suppliers and clients Processing bookings Other administrative duties as required Skills & Experience Impeccable customer service skills with demonstrated customer service experience Previous experience within travel and tourism is desired Strong attention to detail Ability to plan and prioritise workflow Intermediate computer skills - Salesforce experience is a bonus The Person You are proactive with an eye for detail, you like working in a team.
