Customer Service Representative — Macquarie Park, Ryde Area

Seeking a Logistics Customer Service Operator to support our established Medical Logistics client in Macquarie Park with both morning and evening shifts available. If you excel in fast-paced environments, enjoy problem-solving, and have a strong customer-first mindset, read on Responsibilities: Manage outbound calls for freight updates, inbound calls for inquiries Work closely with drivers, supervisors, and logistics partners to resolve issues. Coordinate order bookings and modifications, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders Monitor and coordinate urgent, time-critical shipments, including medical deliveries. Cultivate strong relationships with drivers, carriers and customers Contribute to refining and enhancing existing policies and procedures Requirements: Experience of working as a medical receptionist or in a logistics customer service role would be preferred Flexible with hours, 8 shifts from either 4 am - 12pm or 12pm to 12 am Previous customer service experience in an office environment. Strong communication, relationship building and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based tools. Ability to work independently.
