Experienced Disability Support Workers Wanted – Make a Real Impact in Wonthaggi Disability Connect Victoria is seeking experienced and resilient Disability Support Workers to provide 24/7 SIL support, including active overnights and community access for a participant with dementia and behaviours of concern. This is a complex, high-support role requiring a skilled team to provide consistent, trauma-informed support and assist in transitioning to a safe and stable living environment.
