Responsibilities Manage complex transformation projects within the business. Lead project planning from inception, including business case collation. Oversee project teams, assigning responsibilities and fostering collaboration. Engage stakeholders through effective communication and structured reporting. Track project progress, budgets, risks, and ensure successful delivery. Experience Experience managing business transformation or change projects. Strong understanding of best practice project management methodologies (PRINCE2, PMBOK). Exceptional stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills. Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex environments. Strategic thinker with the ability to manage risks and drive continuous improvement.
