Customer Service Specialist We're seeking highly skilled and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Specialists in Keysborough. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the administration side of customer requests, utilizing our Salesforce platform to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery. Salary: $38 per hour Superannuation Type of work: 4-8 weeks temporary role Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm Key Responsibilities Manage the administrative side of customer requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Utilize Salesforce to track and manage customer interactions and requests. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery. Requirements 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role (previous experience with Salesforce is a plus). Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
