If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love keeping things running smoothly, this could be the perfect fit for you WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (9-day fortnight long weekends every second week) Portsmith office location WHO WE ARE: Alphacool is a locally owned family business with a team of 80 professionals across HVAC-R, Electrical, and Plumbing divisions. Our clients include supermarkets, government agencies, marine, industrial, commercial, and residential sectors. YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: Greet and assist visitors and clients with a warm and professional attitude. Handle and direct inbound calls, ensuring smooth communication. ️ Manage front desk reception duties and keep things running efficiently. Process payments, including POS transactions. Assist with spare parts data entry and simple client requests. Provide general administrative support as required.
