We have roles available in NT, QLD, WA & VIC Role details: Rates up to $85 per hour super, depending on location & experience Locum or permanent contracts Varied caseload and settings available Travel allowance $$$ On-site accommodation provided for select locations Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality social work services across a range of client groups, including families, children, adults, and vulnerable populations. Assess and support clients through complex situations such as alcohol and other drugs, domestic violence, mental health, and family conflict. Rural generalist and inpatients contracts available. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver client-centered care and support. Advocate for clients and connect them with relevant resources and services. Maintain accurate case documentation and provide reports as required. Participate in supervision, professional development, and training opportunities. Essential Criteria: Relevant qualifications in Social Work (Bachelor of Social Work or equivalent). Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) registration desirable. Full working rights within Australia, must be currently location within Australia. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and empathetic approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in dynamic environments. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
