Support project risk assessment and assist in implementing mitigation strategies. Coordinate internal meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items. Assist in procurement and vendor liaison for project-related hardware and software components. Ensure all projects adhere to company compliance and quality assurance guidelines. Support post-project evaluation and documentation for continuous improvement. 3. Marketing Specialist Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote both hardware products and software/ERP solutions. Create, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, and online advertising platforms. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning. Design marketing collateral, including brochures, product sheets, blog posts, and promotional videos. Analyze campaign performance using metrics and analytics tools to drive marketing effectiveness. Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. Manage the company’s website content, SEO/SEM strategies, and product listings. Coordinate and participate in trade shows, product launches, and promotional events. Maintain brand consistency and develop internal branding guidelines for marketing communication.
