About the role We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Contract Administrator to join our dynamic team and be a driving force behind ensuring all contract documentation is accurate and compliant with company policies and industry standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of our team, where your skills and expertise will be highly valued. It is a full-time role. Duties: Drafting and optimizing contract templates to ensure legal, compliant and complete terms. Reviewing and analyzing contracts to identify potential risks and mitigation strategies. Making necessary explanations of important terms to ensure that all parties fully understand the contract. Advising on and assisting with negotiation of contracts. Preparing and maintaining accurate records of contract terms, including payment schedules, change orders, and other modifications. Monitoring contract performance and ensuring that all contractual obligations are met. Maintaining communication with stakeholders to ensure that all parties are informed of any changes or issues that may impact the project. Providing guidance on contract administration procedures to maintain consistent best practices. Maintain the contract database and documentation for easy retrieval and analysis purposes. Skills and Qualifications: Degree in Law, Business, Construction or equivalent 3 years of recent and continuous contract administration experience Superb written and verbal communication skills Excellent problem-solving abilities Strong negotiation and influencing skills Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite
