Store (Retail) Manager — Tamworth, Tamworth Region

Sapphire Investment Group (AUS) Pty Ltd, trading as Pizza Hut Tamworth, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store (Retail) Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant. We are looking for a leader who is passionate about customer service, sales growth, and operational efficiency. Employment type: Full-time Salary range: $70,000 - $80,000 per annum (depending upon skills and experience) Location: Tamworth, NSW Duties include but are not limited to: • Oversee and manage daily fast-food chain operations, ensuring efficiency in service, compliance with company policies, and adherence to food safety and quality standards. • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and customer retention, including local promotions and upselling techniques. • Manage stock levels, stock ordering, and waste reduction strategies to optimize cost efficiency • Formulate pricing policies for the store by reviewing merchandising activities and as per franchisee policies • Performing trend analysis of product mix to understand local market needs. • Plan in store promotional displays and decide on pricing to execute specials as per demand on weekly and monthly basis • Forecasting budgets and managing statistical and financial records to drive profitability. • Drive customer engagement initiatives to increase repeat business and brand loyalty. • Maintain high standards of customer service by training staff, resolving customer complaints, and improving service delivery. • Lead, recruit, train, and mentor team members to ensure a motivated and high-performing workforce. • Enforce occupational health and safety regulations, hygiene standards, and operational protocols to ensure compliance with industry regulations. Requirements • Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial role within the fast-food or hospitality industry. • Diploma or higher qualification in Business, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred. Alternatively, extensive experience can substitute the requirement of qualification. • Experience in inventory control, staff training, and shift management is essential • Experience with fast food chain is highly preferred. • Australian work experience in a managerial role in fast food industry is essential. Skills and attributes • Strong leadership and team management abilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. • Knowledge of inventory management and cost control strategies. • Passion for customer service and improving brand reputation.
