The Tasks Ahead: Identify and engage potential clients across various sales channels Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring repeat business Assess client needs and provide tailored equipment solutions Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and contracts Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity Work closely with marketing and customer service teams to refine sales strategies About You You are a driven and results oriented sales superstar who can demonstrate the following: Proven experience in sales, ideally within lifting equipment, material handling, or a related industry Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly Confidence in negotiating and closing deals effectively Self-motivated, goal-driven, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite A valid driver’s licence PLEASE NOTE.
